A unit can be held, reserved, contracted, partially paid, handed over, or returned — each state with its own rules, paperwork, and approvals. Off-the-shelf CRMs flatten all of that into a single “deal”. Real Estate Hub models the real lifecycle, natively, with an audit trail on every state change.

Every unit moves through Available → Held → Reserved → Contracted → Handed Over. Every transition is timestamped, attributed to a user, and reversible.
Soft holds with auto-expiring TTLs, hard reservations with deposit tracking, and transfer flows between buyers. Sales can never accidentally double-sell a unit.
