Terms of Service - Structo

We are App Fusion LLC ("Company", "we", "us") — a legal entity registered in Georgia, with a registered office at 14 Giorgi Shervashidze Street, Daba Tskneti, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia, Identification Number: 405730829.

The Company owns and operates the Structo software platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") specifically designed for real estate development companies. The Platform enables the administration and automation of processes related to real estate sales, installment agreements, property exchanges (barter), and rental operations.

Definitions

The following terms used in this document shall have the meanings set forth below:

"Platform" – The Structo software solution, owned and operated by App Fusion LLC, used for automating and managing real estate transactions, financial operations, and client relationship processes.
"User" / "You" – Any individual or legal entity that registers on the Platform and uses the available services and functionalities.
"Company" / "We" / "Us" – App Fusion LLC (Identification Number: 405730829), the owner and operator of the Platform.
"Service" / "Services" – All features, operational capabilities, modules, and support provided by the Company through the Platform.
"User Account" – An authorized profile created during the registration process, used to access and manage services on the Platform.
"User Data" – Any information submitted to the Platform by the User or their representative, including personal, contact, and financial data.

Article 1: Terms of Service

1.1 Purpose of the Document

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (acting individually or on behalf of an organization) and App Fusion LLC, which operates the Structo Platform.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform or agreeing to the Terms during the registration process (by clicking the "I Agree to the Terms" button), the User confirms full acceptance of the rules and obligations described in this document.

1.3 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to all services, functionalities, and modules available to Users through the Structo Platform.

Article 2: Description of Service

2.1 Nature of the Platform

Structo is a cloud-based software solution (based on the SaaS model) specifically designed for real estate development companies and property management entities. The Platform is intended to automate and administer processes related to property sales, installment agreements, barter transactions, rentals, and customer relationship management (CRM).

2.2 Functional Capabilities

The Structo Platform includes the following core functionalities:

Organization and control of real estate transactions
Generation of unique codes for payment identification
Management, monitoring, and analysis of financial flows
Automated notifications about payment due dates
Secure handling of accounts, transactions, and user data
CRM features for efficient customer relationship management
Automated backups to ensure the security of user data
Generation of personalized reports and statistical insights

Article 3: User Obligations

3.1 Registration Requirements

To begin using the Platform, the User must contact Structo via the communication channels listed on the website. Upon successful communication, Structo will provide the User with a unique username and password for access to the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the initial communication and registration process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation of registration or suspension of the account.

Article 4: Restrictions on Use

The User is prohibited from:

Using the Platform for any activities that violate Georgian law or international legal norms
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Platform's code without authorization
Spamming, deceiving other users, or unauthorized extraction of data
Selling, distributing, or misusing any data available on the Platform
Bypassing or disregarding the Platform's security mechanisms

Article 5: Privacy and Data Protection

Structo processes only personal data that is necessary for the functionality of the Platform and for the fulfillment of legal obligations. All personal data is processed in accordance with principles of confidentiality and our Privacy Policy.

Article 6: Fees and Payments

Users are required to pay applicable fees for the use of Structo services, as specified in the relevant agreement or during the registration process on the Platform. All fees must be paid in advance or in accordance with the deadlines set out in the agreement.

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

Structo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Article 8: Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any dispute related to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia.

Article 9: Termination

Structo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in case of violation of these terms, failure to fulfill obligations, or attempted compromise of Platform security. In the event of termination, the User will be granted a 30-day period to retrieve or transfer their data.
