Real Estate Hub
Real Estate Hub overview
The vertical pack for property developers — projects, units, reservations, contracts, and bonuses on the same database as the rest of your business.
The Real Estate Hub turns plan-to-handover into a single source of truth. It sits on top of Structo's core, so projects, units, reservations, contracts, and bonuses share the same database as your CRM and billing. It is a pack you switch on if you are a property developer, and safe to skip if you are not.
Built for developers, not generic CRMs
A unit can be held, reserved, contracted, partially paid, handed over, or returned — each state with its own rules, paperwork, and approvals. Off-the-shelf CRMs flatten all of that into a single “deal”. The Hub models the real lifecycle natively, with an audit trail on every state change.
What's inside
- Project & phase modeling — projects with phases, buildings, floors, and unit types. Templates spin up a new project in minutes.
- Unit ledger with lifecycle states — every unit moves through Available → Held → Reserved → Contracted → Handed Over, each transition timestamped and reversible.
- Reservation engine — soft holds with auto-expiring TTLs, hard reservations with deposit tracking, and transfers between buyers.
- Cashflow workspace — scheduled payments, actual collections, and variance per unit.
- Bonus & commission engine — sliding scales, milestone triggers, team splits, and clawbacks that auto-calculate as units close.
- Buyer portal — a white-labelled portal per buyer: their unit, schedule, documents, and a line to their agent.
We migrated 240 units across two projects in a single weekend. The first Monday my sales team saw exactly which units were available, who held them, and what was outstanding. We were running blind before.
Where to go next
